Your account stores the details you provide for service requests.

Saved details

Your name, email, contact number, saved properties and service requests are stored by the AFTR API. Each submitted request retains a snapshot of your service, address and estimate for the team to review. Your booking draft stays in this tab’s session storage so you can return after signing in.

Passwords and sessions

The API stores a password hash. Your browser receives an HttpOnly session cookie that expires after eight hours. Signing out or changing your password revokes existing sessions. Passwords are not saved in browser storage. Card details are not collected.

Photos and verification

Photo selection currently displays filenames only; no photo upload occurs. SMS verification and recovery email delivery are not connected.
