Is this a real booking website?
Live mode supports real accounts, saved properties and pay-after-service requests. The team confirms coverage, timing and pricing; submitting a request does not reserve a technician or take payment. A labeled design preview is also available.
Where does my preview booking go?
It is saved in session storage for this browser tab. You can view, reschedule or cancel it under My bookings. Closing the tab ends the preview session.
What code should I use for OTP?
SMS sign-in is unavailable in live mode; use email/mobile and password. The explicitly labeled design preview uses 112233 without sending SMS.
Can I use real catalog data?
Published services and compatible add-ons come from the API. You can sign in, save properties and submit service requests. Online payment, live capacity reservations, SMS verification and recovery email are not connected.
Which timezone is used?
Appointment dates and arrival windows are shown in Dubai GST, UTC+4.
How do I return to my booking after signing in?
Sign in from the review step and you will return to that step. If you preview session expiry, your draft is preserved and scheduling must be reviewed again.
